Making a purchase is very simple. Just look at our on line catalogue, click on the required item and click on “Buy”. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked your email address and password or to register if you are not an existing customer.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and handling within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is added at the checkout stage. The cost of this is €10 (12.30 incl VAT) for orders under €100. For all orders over €100 delivery is free.

We pride ourselves with the high-quality of the products we supply our customers and we always go out of our way to make sure that we provide you with only the best. We do of course understand that not every product is made equal and that sometimes there are cases where the product itself is not fit for purpose or simply do not suit for the reason that it was bought for.
It is for this reason we are happy to accept items returned to us with 28 days of purchase and in this case we offer you an exchange or a full refund to your credit or debit card once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse. Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at our discretion and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to PhysioOnline.ie in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.

Should you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please call our office during office hours on (01) 8308266. You may also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting cancellation of your order. If you order has not already been dispatched to you, then we may cancel your order and the amount paid by you will be refunded to same card or account used to make the original payment. If your order has already been shipped to you then please refer to our Returns section above for details on how to return an item.
All orders will be processed immediately. Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days and delivery is normally received within 3 days.
Please note that the majority of our orders are dispatched on a 'signed for delivery' basis. Please ensure when placing your order, that you give an address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel.
If your item is not in stock, it we will placed on back order for you. You will always be emailed to give you an estimated dispatch date of your order, at this point you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT where applicable is charged at 23%.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
