Returns Policy

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All returns are to be send directly to PhysioOnline.ie c/o Murray Surgical Limited, 23a Moyle Road, Dublin Industrial Estate, Glasnevin, Dublin 11.

To ensure the quickest way for your return to be processed is to obtain a Returns Number (RM#). This is obtained by contacting us at sales@physionline.ie. We will issue a returns number to you (RMA). Returns must be clearly marked with the RMA number. This will enable us to identify the goods.

Exchanges

If you have ordered an item incorrectly, then the item can be exchanged providing the item is in its original packing and is in a re-saleable condition.

Goods returned with an RM# will take approximately 7 - 10 working days to be processed, whereas goods returned without an RM# will take up to 30 days to process.
